Bad service, lazy staff and dirty restaurant
I lodged a compliant on the Nando's Head office website on the 08 December 2015 and received SMS confirmation there of with a reference number- 79024. This is the last that I have heard from their Head Office. absolutely no communication from them since then.<br> <br> I decided to lodge a formal complaint as on the very few occasions that we went there we have always received bad service at the Kloof street branch and had just had enough as their service levels had not improved at all, the staff are lazy and disinterested and only when they noticed that I am taking photos did they show any inclination of cleaning up the dirty tables, the manager hides in the kitchen and does not respond to complaints, it was fairly empty on this late Sunday afternoon and we waited for more than an hour for our food and we had a diabetic senior citizen with us as well . <br> <br> It is disappointing that an organisation like Nando's with an international footprint does not take this kind of complaint seriously. We have been going to Nando's for years in fact it is a family Friday night tradition for us. <br> I would appreciate some form of feedback from on this complaint.<br> <br> Regards<br> Zohra Donn
