Bad service, health hazard and food

They deserve to be rated a -0. I went to Nando's Benmore Gardens on Sunday the 13th August 2023 and bought my son and i meals. Upon receiving the order, the chips were dry and burnt. I took them back and asked for a refund, When the Manager came to do the refund she did not greet nor ask what the issue was. I then complaint on their complaints line and the Manager called to apologize, i did ask her why they did what they did, she said when she came in at the start of her duty at 14h00 she found that the oil was not changed and she didn't change it too. This means the whole day they were cooking with the same oil and giving customers food that was cooked with the same oil from morning until night. Is this not a health hazard?
