Bad Service from the Manager and the Teller

i called Nandos Norwood to place an order for R30 meal special for our team. i called them around 9:20 and Bongi told me that they open @ 10:00am. when i spoke to Bongi she assured me that when we get to the store we will get the meals. bare in mind that this was the order for 11 people. when we got into the store at 10:15, 15 minutes after they open we were told that the special is finished. then the person who went to collect notified me, i then called Bongi again to find out what happened as she assured me that will get the orders, i then asked to speak to the Manager who's name is Thulani which we not sure off because he didnt give us his name. we wanted an explanation on why i was promised something that they didnt keep. But the Thulani guy put down the phone in my ear and when i called again he didnt WANT to talk me.
