Bad service from owner

I want to report a owner of a restaurant called Adonaroza in Alberton.in February we did my 50th birthday party there the place its nice we liked it .we decided to use it again for a second function that is a gala dinner for our clients.March we met spoke about the function & asked to lower music cause will be livestreaming the event she agreed.April paid deposit of R6000 then balance paid in June.sometime June we had the meeting with her didn't come instead sent the husband discussed everything but he brought the sound story up that they cater noice for the walk inns but came to arrangement to lower it down & will start early to avoid that it was on the 30th of June 2022 on the 17th only the lady responded that she cannot have music for the walk inns.we had rough communication till the day of the function that was worse.we got there early started with the deco she was not helpful was just ready for fight.later during the program started become ridiculous our initial number of people on the planning was 50 it risen to 60 we had no issue with that will pay the difference.our initial charge from the beginning was R250 per person that cater for welcome drink starter main course a drink & desert after its a cash bar.on the day things have changed want us to pay for welcome drink & the other drink & worse of them all can't release main course before we pay the balance it was like we ********* now will run away after eating she was shooting there telling us the way we've been fighting she's fine with us infront of our clients.she doesn't have a business sense she must get a manager to run the place that will be better.we got a terrible service where I cannot refer anyone there.the noice was so high from the other side we couldn't even livestreaming our event.had 3 functions that day but making noice for 7walk inn customers where is logic there.the owners name Is Donah Nxele.
