Bad service from Nkateko

Early today I had an errand to run in Krugersdorp and decided to have lunch at a Nando's in Key West shopping centre. At the counter I was served by a nice lady by the name of Celimpilo. After sitting down a lady by the name of Nkateko refused to give me a glass to drink while we waited for the food telling me it will come with the food. I asked another lady for the glass who gladly gave it to me and she had a manager tag on. After eating, I asked Nkateko again for a take away bag and never received it and had to ask a trainee for the bag and she handed it to me. I told her about the service I'd received from Nkateko and she went to speak to her, she didn't even turn around to look at us. I left that place infuriated by her service. She totally ignored us. Mumbled something to the trainee and didn't even turn around to look at us.
