BAD SERVICE FROM NANDOS WATERFALL

I placed an online order with Nandos waterfall in Midrand.Order arrived almost an hour later than ETA.called the store and a lady by Abigail said she doesn't know where drivers were.eventually driver comes but without the quarter chicken which was part of a meal!!! Called store again and Abigail says he driver isn't back yet but she will send it.no apology nothing.i called back half hour later.still no driver and she says "like I said no driver" it is now the next day still no chicken and still no call from store explaining!!! All my airtime used and half a meal when I paid the store already!!! Even lodged a query online and still no response
