Bad Service from Nando's Vangate

This is the 1st time I have ordered online from Nandos. What a terrible experience. The order was 30 minutes late. When I called in to ask about the whereabouts of my order, I was told the driver had 2 orders to deliver and will arrive in 10 mins.

The driver had a completely different story. He says Nandos did not have any drivers and they contacted him to deliver the order on their behalf.

The order also cannot be tracked in real time. Really pathetic service from Nandos Vangate Mall.
