Bad service from Nando's in Diepkloof square.

Good Day, i am very irate and upset customer. Last week Friday i ordered the full chicken meal at one branch in Diepkloof square in Soweto as i had visitors. The visitors ate but they weren't happy. The meats tasted like sand. I then logged it on the Mr D complain option and was told that i need to attach a picture.

I still don't understand how the terrible taste in my meal has to do with the quality of the image. I requested for them to tell me if i should drop it off or they will collect so they can taste.

I order with Mr Delivery almost every week/weekend from the same Square in Diepkloof and never have i received such bad service. For a new branch i am very very dissapointed.
