Bad service from Nando's

I bought food from Nandos Mall@Reds Centurion on the 28 August via call centre. When we collected the meal Caw-slow was missing. Mind you this is not the first time they are doing this to us. it is the 3rd time that we get a short order. I will go there and they will apologies and give us a salad. This time it was at night and could not go back there as i dont live too close to them. I then decided to resolve the matter with them by reporting it to their customer complaint center. till today i have not had from them. I was promised someone will call to resolve the matter but dololo!.

Nandos has such bad service!!!!
