Bad service from Nando's Eldorado Park

Today I had the worst service from Nando's Eldorado Park. I placed an order online that came out to R234 which I paid for with my card for delivery which was included. I first received a call 30 mins later from Nando's asking me if I paid by which I said yes by card and the call was abruptly dropped in my ear. About 15 mins later I received another from the supervisor or so he says that I paid R44 short. I've never heard of such in my life! I paid for what I was charged for on the website! I was told in order to get my food and this is an hour later I have to pay the R44 otherwise the driver will have to pay that because the store price and delivery price for the food is different, again never heard such in my life! I am very disappointed in the service and not to mention receiving the famous Nando's grilled chicken but the skin was white like boiled chicken 😕and FYI I still had to pay the R44. I really sis not enjoy this meal that I had to pay R278 for and it was just a full chicken with 1 side sharing
