bad service

I`ve placed an order with nando`s krugersdorp Keywest at 09:05. Its almost 12 o clock and I still havent received my order. I called them at 10:45 trying to find out whats the hold up they gave me a very long unprofessional story. I made a query via their app but they just send sms`s explaining nothing. I`m dissapointed and frusted, I might aswell take my business elsewhere cause Nando`s just dont care about their clients.
