Bad Service

It's the 5th time that I've been disappointed by Nando's The Crossing Mafikeng. They don't listen to your order and don't do what you have requested. I called them at 19:59 to place a telephonic order. When I arrived at 20:36 they had not placed my order and I had to wait in a long queue. Their service is the worst I have ever experienced in the country and the staff have lousy attitudes. I hate them with a passion and will never ever set foot in that store or drive-thru ever again.
