Bad service

On fhe 13th of june 2025 at 17:45pm I went to Nando's Magaliesview and I bought 1 full chicken & 3 sides (full chicken mild, rice sharing, peri wedges sharing, nandos salad sharing add Avo) and order number: 721 (CHK 2721).

The order number took expected time for me to receive it. However, I was extremely disappointed with the order.

1. The meat was dry and with a very small amount of mild source.

2. Peri wedges were burned, very dry and too much spicy (like the spice was 10X than normal).

3. Nandos salad didn't have fata cheese.as requested, there was 3 thin slices of avos which was not even riped, hard like a rock.

This is not the first time I experienced this service, I pay for this things and Nando's Magaliesview always disappoints. Their service is nonsense.
