Bad service

Went to eastgate Nando’s last week Wednesday 26 April 2023, when I got there place by order cashier name Hlobisile, order was eat in, order place at 15.19pm, got there and waited, people that ordered after me got there food before me waited for about an hour, and still did not receive my food, went up to the front and spoke to the cashier which she just answered and said oh, then called the manager her name is sma she was also rude, did not have a proper answer to why couldn’t even apologise, instead she was telling that maybe it was skipped, then load shedding, told her that a mall that big doesn’t get affected by loading there have back, of which it was not loading time, when I placed my order, loading was scheduled for 6pm and I placed my order at 15.19pm. Sent a message to Nando’s there said someone will contact me until today no one has contacted me, Nando’s such a disappointment on service it has really dropped.
