Bad Service ever

I placed an order at Nandos Rosebank and I spoke to Hlengiwe and she told it was gonna be delivered in 15-20 minutes since I'm just across the road, Iwaited for my order until 30 minutes passed and I called them to speak to a manager but they put me onhold close to 10minutes, I called again and I spoke to Thabisile who was so rude to me and telling me its call centre people who gave me wrong information about delivery time. So I told her its not my problem and Im coming to fetch my order and she refused and say its already captured as delivery order, I ddnt like the way she spoke to me cz she was shouting at me like im her child.
