Bad service

I am staying opposite 10 Victoria road Nandos head office their car packing is close to my room i woked up by noise of their staff as from 6:20 am different staff bus's drop them off making noise some are yelling banging bus doors calling each across the road. I never slept i have been studying the whole night only to sleep at 04:00 am now this, i have been complaining to them since 2017 then they use to close the whole street and being told we must not come out of our houses due to their event, i refused when the security company the had SSG telling us not to move on the street. The noise is unbearable im preparing for my exam last complaint was last year September when they were blowing trumpet and beating big drames but it seems like i was never listened to as now one big trumpet has been blown. Can Nandos respect us as neighbors the department organizing events like this do the consider their neighbors no, but where they stay you will never find such things as much as they will never tolerate it so why are we being taken for granted?

Can Nandos be what it claims to be towards the community, my head is aching i haven't sleep enough.
