Bad service

Ordered at Nandos Waterfall the order came with late, the driver didn’t bring cutlery and we all know you can’t eat a boujee bowl with your hands. We called in to request cutlery it took 1:30 minutes before we decided to go to the store. The manager there is rude and does not know how to speak to people. What’s gonna happen with my delivery fee because we paid for this order. And the food is now cold very cold. Please never order from this store
