Bad Service

I'm very disappointed at Nandos Brackenhurst. I bought a half chicken meal and requested extra hot. I got my order and it was hot. On top of that,when I get my chicken, it was cute into 4 pieces which I requested. I then get not all my half meal chicken pieces. I know how a quarter chicken looks like. Some of the chicken pieces were not there. They were exchanged by small pieces. This is not for the first time this is happening. I once ordered a full chicken and requested it to cuted to 8 pieces. Some of the pieces were also not there. I thought it was a mistake because it was busy. Now I can see this is becoming a habit now. I want my chicken pieces.
