Bad service

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your location. Unfortunately, I had to wait for my order to be prepared, which resulted in a longer than expected wait time. This wait was compounded by the delay in receiving my designer drink, which was served without ice. Moreover, upon inspecting the drink, I found that the ingredients had already begun to settle, with the drink's acidity significantly reduced.

Additionally, my order of the tangy tomato chicken consisted of a chicken packet that did not contain any visible tomato sauce. This was not what I had been expecting based on the menu description.
