Bad service

Worst experience ever… on the 6th of July 2024. I placed an order at your Eastgate branch at 16 :29 and at 17:12 I asked one of the lady who was serving next table about my order and she said they have a backlog but no one has said anything to me, whilst everyone who ordered after me were eating, I then asked her to check on it and she brought me cold food at 17:18 , I then asked for a Manager to complain about my order he then took another 20 minutes to redo the order but now the drinks and were missing .. drinks they brought them as my wife asked if they have refund them, as I was now irritated I left the restaurant to go home, which when I arrived my meal was short of the meat.. I then called customer service and addressed my complaint, the lady asked for my details and said she will call back, after awhile some two rude “management” ladies called and made me feel as if I waisted my money going into Nando’s as I should leave my place and come get my meat.. I won’t be visiting again any of these restaurants
