Bad service

I logged on to the nandos app ordered my stuff everything went through so I waited for my sms nothing so I decided to call got help from a lady stating the order doesn't reflect so I ordered with her 2 hours later no order COMARO CROSSING NANDOS called no answer call drops 4 times called again got through to order again Gift put me through to customer care who called them I received my order 2 hours later everything ice cold BAD SERVICE
