Bad Service

I have ordered a meal at 17:05 and it only arrived now at 19:16 and i kept on calling them and no one answered it would end immediately. I called the shop the phone was picked and they put aside for more 5 mins. I kept on calling thereafter it was never picked up. I called the customer care line where it was never answered. The food was cold, the family was hungry. I am not happy with the service that was provided to me. The food didn't even have flavor, i asked for spicy wedges they were plain and cold. The food wad horrible
