Bad Service

I bought 4 sharing from Nandos Thornhill Polokwane, half chicken was Mozambiquan Paprika, which was fine and juicy, the other half was lemon and herb, very dry and burnt together with the wadge. I also ordered spicy chips which I discovered that it was not packed when I was about to dish, Nondos rolls where fresh but there was no batter, so disappointed. I call the restaurant to complain but I was told they are closed I should call the next day. It is not the first time I complain about bad service at the same Nandos by I prefer to support them because of drive through but is disappointment after disappointment.
