Bad service.

I have purchased 2 hot pots and asked the cashier to please tell the people that are cooking to check if the put in the correct sauce required coz the last time I was there they messed the order up. This is the 2nd time I’m experiencing bad service with this Nando’s at Cavendish mall. The first time I asked for my hotpots to be lemon and herb sauce but come to be a very spicy(hot) sauce but I let that one slide. Yesterday went to buy again my favourite meal there (hotpot)x2, they were so burnt, looked like left overs and didn’t really have flavour. I had to throw that food away. I’d like to know what’s happening really there????
