Bad service both teleponically and delivery

I have placed an order which arrived more than an hour late and no answers back from Derek after 3 calls made to the store they also transferred me to another branch which has had nothing to do with my order

The food has also arrived cold which is really unacceptable no apology for the delay and driver has had bad attitude never again will I support this branch
