Bad service

Today my friends and i visited the Nando's in Paarl. We were extremely disappointed with the service, as well as the food. Not only did the food not come together,the food was cold and the chicken very dry. My friend ordered wedges it lookes like it was fried and left to long, so it was dry and her food was cold as well. The third order was sent without the rice. They sent all their food back. And asked to see the manager, who was apologetic , and offered to replace the meals My friend was happy as he then ensured she was given hot food. My meal whome he offered to replace just never came. We then decided to leave. We love Nandos but never again will we go to Nandos in Paarl. Belgravia branch in Athlone and the Waterfront branch is by far the best.
