Bad service 😡

I'm so disgusted with the service at nandos cresta I'm a regular customer there I enjoy the food that you provide to the public but now lately it's just disgusting . My experience has been awful and when I say awful I mean it . There was a couple of incidents that actually happened at this specific fast food restaurant , one was were I waited for my food for an hour which I didn't even get an apology for , the second incident was last month to my understanding and what I saw it was the managers birthday she had cake on the table sliced already I ordered my food ,done ordering stuff was no we're to be seen everyone was at the back having a good time I got up asked how long will it take coz there is no stuff member making the food waited again for about 15 minutes got the food the chicken was RAW took it back gave me the same thing I'm so disgusted , Today bad service again I ordered my food waited for about 45 minutes got my food and it was COLD !! Mentioned it to the manager on duty never apologies or complement me with anything .

Please advise or I'm taking this further the managers can't control the stuff it's getting bad. Once resolved feedback would be great My name is Rukayya cell number is *** I work at cresta and going on lunch craving for some yummy chicken and get this it's totally unacceptable !! And something has to be done ASAP 😡😡
