Bad service

Nandos Savoy is getting worse everyday. I don't know how many items on how many takeaways I have had missing in my orders and neve got reimbursed. Another thing is having to look at your food at the counter for over 15 minutes, by the time the food gets to you its cold. Another thing is the extra sauce, if they don't want to give extra sauce make us pay for it. There is nice staff there but if you don't get that staff when you go there u get the worst service.
