Bad service/attitude
I am a regular customer of Nandos in the Bedfordview branch - Village View. I cant believe the bad service and attitude there is in that branch and Nandos overall. The POS machine is never working - what an inconvenience to the customer. There is always just one person at the till - only when there is a queue of five people or more do they decide to open the next till - this is unacceptable. Yesterday I called in for a delivery - I wanted half a chicken and requested only the wing and breast - well did I get attitude that this is not allowed - I spoke to the\manager"said the same thing - why cant the customer have what they want - I am going to pay for it dont want it for free - after nearly fifteen minutes on the phone holding on for the \""manager\"" - who cant make a decision then shouldnt be a \""manager\"" - was told that they would send me what I wanted. After 45 minutes I received my order and to my horror saw that what I had requested was not what I received - alas I got the drumstick and side - I also ordered 2 garlic rolls - the one roll was burnt it was actually black - i sent the order back with the driver and called Nando's again and all I got was apologies"""
