Bad service at Nando's Newcastle Corner

I just received the worst customer service there.....i went with my family for Dinner and asked for water.....we were a group of 6 and we were given one glass and a jar of water....the waitress mentioned that she was instructed by the Manager Siphelele Khowani not to gove us more than one glass and that we had to share that same glass.....like seriously its unacceptable how can a we share one glass of water.....that is so unhygienic...
