Bad Service @ Nandos Menlynn Mall

What a horrible service at Nando's Menylnn Mall. I ordered online for Delivery and my order still hasn't arrived an hour after the promised time. I was informed of any delays up until I had to call and find out. I laid two calls to customer services and didnt get a call back. I was finally assisted after some time. The service consultant at the store even calmly suggested that she can have my order ready in the morning the next day. This is absolutely bad service and even shocking customer service. In fact, they have not even re-imbursed my purchase. I hope they enjoy eating my food
