bad service at Nando's Menlyn Park Drive Thru

lodged a complaint last week which they called me to advise they will refer to nando's menlyn even today i am still waiting, CAS-69960-COM8W5 then have a nerve to ask me to rate the service while my complaint hasn't been resolved .
