Bad Service @ Nando’s Braamfontein

Nando’s Braamfontein should teach their staff about customer service. We placed an order, 30 minutes later when we realise that they are serving people who came after us, we go check on the order only to find that they had skipped ours so they had to start from scratch. Not even a mere ‘sorry’. Very disappointed
