Bad service at Nando's attridgville

i made an online order for collection at nando's attridgville, when i made an order i paid online to my surprise upon collection i was told i have to make payment as it does not reflect on their system, first i was given a wrong meal, when i return i was told my order does not appear in their system and they will not refund me as payment was made online, store manager Patricia was the one giving us the run around. when another lady come to check our order was ready, when we ask if that wad our order, but Patricia said she does not know what to do as we have asked for a refund, instead of giving us our meal she opted for a refund which was very disapponting. we waste more than 30 minutes in the store for nothing. when i made online order it was for the convenience which at the end of the day was a total disappointment. Nando's attridgville got the worse customer service ever
