Bad service at Nandos

I was at Nando’s Savannah mall a week ago. I bought 2 quarter chicken meals and 2 Malva puddings. I waited for a few minutes and I eventually got my quarter chicken meals but I was told to wait for the Malva puddings. I waited for a good hour for the puddings while a girl called Prudence was making them. She showed no urgency, she was complaining through out the process and when she was passing passed me to go get the custard or something to make the pudding her facial expression was showed she not interested in serving quicker. I have never experienced such in my life. Eventually when I got the Malva pudding it looked liked someone had puked in the box; everything was just thrown in there.
