BAD SERVICE AS NANDO'S
On Sunday the 24th of February we decided to go to our local Nando's in Northmead. Benoni. We were in a hurry so we decided to go to the drive through. We ordered a quarter chicken and 3 times 6 wings, not meals just wings. I had to repeat my order so many times I eventually asked my daughter if there is something with this woman. Then she gave us the price and I realised she only charged us for one six winglets. I then had to re-order the whole lot. We then went to the next window where we waited for ever for our order. When we finally got it I just had this gut feeling and asked my daughter to check the bag. In the bag was 1 quarter chicken and 2 x 6 winglets. I parked the car and went into the store. There was two ladies behind the counter talking about some problem they were having and sent the customer in front of us to the next teller. We waited and waited and I eventually got so frustrated that I said to the ladies "some help here please" . I showed her the slip and asked her to explain while paying for 3 x 6 wings there are only two in the bag. She then went to the back and got the next winglets. It seems the guy packing only put two in the bag. The third was still lying with the other orders. She then added it to the bag and gave me a halfhearted apology. If we had not checked the bag we would have arrived home without the full order. Shocking service
