Bad service and **** quality control
I had a very bad experience at Nando's Ilanga Mall, Mpumalanga. My family and I went for a sunday lunch and after getting our drinks order wrong , from waiting for almost an hour for our food, very dirty bathrooms and then to discover when using the Vinegar (Black Vinegar) that someone added alcohol into the bottle - I eat black vinegar on a regular basis when I poured it over my food I could smell alcohol and it also had a purple color to it - I got up went to the waiter requested them to smell whereby they bluntly just looked at me and talked in their language and told me there is no alcohol in I then requested to see the store manager waited for another 5 minutes whereby she also had no attempt to solve my issue whereby she rather just said sorry they cant see if customer pour in anything in the bottles !! Number one do you not quality control? Number two she made no attempt to smell the bottle and Number three also did not apoligise about the incident - I also mentioned how dirty the bathrooms was and she just ignored me~~ if this is how the service and quality control of Nando's is then I will publicly share how disgusting your stores are and that you do not check bottles~~~ this is unhygienic and totally disgusting!!
