Bad service and product
On the 9th of June 2019, I bought a Lemon & Herb flavored full chicken from Nando's Raceview. when I got home, the chicken was raw inside and burnt outside, without any flavor at all. my wife had to re-grill the meat, adding her spices. on the 12th I logged on the Nando's website to fill in my review and after that no one bothered to contact me. on the 19th I phoned the Nando's customer care line and was assisted by Jasmine at 12:20, who promised me to get the store's manager to call me. up to today no one from Nando's has called me to rectify my unpleasant experience. furthermore to that, the service I got from the outlet was just not up to standard.
