Bad Service and Pathetic Attitude from the delivery guy
<p>I work in Nandi drive and my team without a doubt order nandos from the broadway branch every week. we order atleast 3-10 meals a week. today we called to order only to be told that the delivery guy complained that we make him wait a long time before colleting our order- as the costmer thats just rude we pay for the service. after been told that we still order our food. it took way over an our to get to our offices - we requested the card machine as we do not have cash to pay only to discover when the delivery guy got here that he had no paper in his card machine. he then had an attitude about going back to get the paper and was being very arrogant. we finally sorted out the payment and the delivery guy left - when we sorting out everyones meals we realised that all 3 livers/giblets we ordered were packed in one small brown packed one on top of the other. the last liver box was completely smashed and the side busted open so all the sauce is in the small paper bag. what is that ?? how can u pack food like this ! the manager has arranged for a new meal to be sent which is fine but now one person must wait anothe hour to get their meal ! its dissappointing the services and attitude we receive from nandos ! we love nandos and dont want to stop ordering because of the ****py service. </p>
