Bad service and cold food

Today, Friday 23rd September 2022, went to Nandos Ruimsig, Featherbrooke shopping centre, order and payment made by 18:36, when I started seeing people who came after I had bought - leaving I began to wonder if my order had not been called out, I stood up went to the counter asked the guy to check for it and he told me that they were still busy with it, okay no worries - as I thought this would be done within the next 5 min or so. Then at 19:42 since I was getting annoyed I went back to the counter to find what was the hold up, I even asked if they want us to check our own orders on their screens since everyone is just too busy to assist, when they realised that I was annoyed that's when they only took my slip to check for my order. I was given luke warm food (for lack of a better word) I asked if this is the service they give these days? I even asked for the Manager and told that lady that I will be writing a review on hellopeter. All this lady could say was that the order was not ready 🤯 which really annoyed me more because how do they prepare orders? Do they prepare chips then leave the order unattended and when they feel like it then they only attend to the rest of the order? The Manager was never called. I left with the food honestly speaking I would like half of my money returned, I didn't leave my house to go get luke warm food and still be expected to pay a full price. I did not order something out of the ordinary. The store can check my order and explain their incompetence and return my money. Order number 358.
