bad service and bad food

I placed an online order for collection. order 9637

I went to pick it up 30 mins later which was way later than the time nandos had gave me for collection. meaning they had enough time to prepare my meal. i placed an online oreder because i was working alone that day and i had to close shop for 5 minutes only to get to nandos and my meal was not prepared. i had to wait an extra 15 - 20 minutes for my meal to be prepared. i asked for a hot side breast, they put in a quater leg only when i was checking my order the meat had to go back so they can make the breast for me..

Upon opening my meal and eating, the breast was awful because it had no basting or sauce, it was packaged in as it is. dry, no sauce, no salt.

Luckily i asked for an extra hot sachet thats how i was able to make my meat juicy.

im so dissapointed because i work in the center and eat my luch almost every day from nandos.
