Bad service , and attitude from staff and managers East rans mall
Yesterday we visited the Nandos at cnr Rietfontein and Bental road boksburg Firstly the lady at the tills taking our order was rude , and did not want to help me with an Absa Rewards voucher , she even took our order wrong down Then she called the manager on duty , oh my word , he was sooo rude and started to swear at us Our food was so cold eventually , that we did not even eat , and opted out for a take out very bad experience and service and for a manager on duty himself to behave like this We spend over R300 and to get mishandled like this by the staff and manager it was really uncalled for
