Bad Service

I went to Nandos Rivonia Road during my lunch hour, I ordered quarter chicken, rice and a drink to sit in. I waited for over 30 minutes yet the restaurant only had 3 people, it was empty even for take aways. I had to get up and ask what’s taking so long because I must go back to work. If the food is not ready they must refund my money, the manager didn’t even bother to ask the kitchen staff if they are preparing, ask me to wait for 5min they’ll hurry up with the order or offer a bit of customer service nothing. Instead he was quick to refund my money nxaaa I wasted my time and ended up with no lunch. No wonder the shop was empty
