bad service

Hi, I'm typing this while I'm extremely angry. I made an order at 11am or before even and my order was delivered 2hours later. I called to follow up and was told to call delivery guy on *** and the poor guy told me he did not have my delivery and i than proceeded to call again to find out exactly what was happening and the lady told me she will investigate and get back to me, I called in over 3 times to follow up no one seemed to care about the poor service i received. after order being delivered at 12:54pm, I got a call from a lady who then told me to speak to manager to send someone and come collect my order and refund me for not delivering on time. guys i spent my lunch without eating and when the food got here it was cold and not worth value.I must sit on my desk with this awful food until i knock off and I'm hungry and I work at a bank there is no way I would be able to go out for lunch i need to service clients. I'm taking this on social media with the phone call recordings as well. You guys are really bad service. I hate you how does one make someone starve like this - how will one take their medication - shame on you sies maahn. I'm not letting this go never this was a pathetic service
