Bad service

Yesterday i bought full chicken with chips on special at Nandos Tramshed and ticked with extra sauce, i get home the meat is dry no sause at all. I even wondered if may be the extra sauce tick actually meant no sauce or what? I'm not happy as i didn't enjoy my meal.
