Bad Service

The order has no condiments, they forgot the roll. The forgot the drinks in store. I am extremely unhappy. These were refreshments for an office meeting. The order is now about an hour late. The delegates have left making me look unprofessional. I made an order at 11:25am it is now 13:12pm and I am still waiting for the missing items.
