Bad service

I order at Nando's via Mr D food in Bloemfontein . I order full chicken, sharing chips and pap with No Relish!!! When the order arrived it was pap decorated with relish and chips so small and stale. I had no electricity for that whole day and I ended up having to eat just chicken that night. Contacted them and some guy promised to deal with this matter asked me to come to the restaurant only for me to get there ask for him and he was not there tried to contact him to no success had to leave without being assisted or seeing him. To say I was disappointed is an understatement!
