Bad service

I've placed an order for delivery online but never received an order nr so I called in and spoke to Sobantu and explained the situation, he then told me that after the call he would call the store and place the order, 21 minutes later I still haven't received the sms with order nr so I called again and spoke to Thando who were kinda annoyed with me wen explaining the situation and wen I questioned why my order was never placed she then said " OK let's place the order with the store" I've been holding on for 10 minutes with no response my airtime got finished I bought more airtime and phoned back again then I spoke to Zoe who then confirmed that the order was placed. Because I got no joy from this situation. And no order nr still I jumped in my car to drive to the nearest store halfway to the store I got a call from Afrika the delivery guy to confirm my address. My problem is why do they have and app or even a callcentre if they can't help with orders.
