Bad Service

On the 21st January 2023 we went to Nando's Emperors Palace to grab something to eat. Their service was so pathetic, from the cashier to the manager. They were acting as if they are doing us a favor. We were given food without plates to dish, our order was not even complete when they brought it to us and the worst part when we asked for their manager named Pule he just looked at us and didn't care to listen to our complaint Until we stood and made them aware that enough is enough.
