Bad service

I called the call centre 2021/11/18 @10:30i received a message saying my food will be delivered 10:25, its 12:28 and the driver hasn't delivered the food yet, imagine the frustration of expecting your food to be delivered just in time for your lunch and my lunch is almost over and still no food has been delivered. When i call to follow-up they say the driver left the store around 11
